Your job will be varied and involve things like:

• planting, weeding and sowing

• Tractor operation (BCS two wheel tractor)

• Harvesting, washing and packing

• Bed preparation, maintenance and cleaning

• Occasional customer service

• Lifting, carrying, pulling, pushing, counting, recording and lots of other things!

This is a very physical job and requires someone who wants a healthy, active job but also has the psychological grit to push through occasionally difficult or mundane tasks. We are a team of 14 staff with backgrounds as diverse as restaurants, horticulture and plumbing who work fast, hard and do whatever’s required to get the job done. 

Ramarro Farm is a farm located in the Dandenong Ranges which grows and sells chemical free vegetables for the local community and the Melbourne and Sydney restaurant industry. Now entering our 10th season, we are committed to leading the way in quality vegetable production and healthy happy staff.
